He had his own personal process and struggle to arrive at the abstract. How better to approach it than to go through it a bit by myself?
With Ocean #5 the task was to find the connection between time, and the art and designs of Piet Mondrian, as all that was given as a specified preset was the mechanism of a clock, and Mondrian as the topic.
My goal was to give it the same passion, life and dimension which is contained in Piet Mondrian's original work.
At least this time, function had to follow form. And with a respectful distance!
